Last updated: 18/07/2026. This document is an initial template and must be reviewed by legal counsel before the final version.
By accessing or using the FREEL platform (“Platform”), the user declares that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
FREEL is a digital ecosystem that connects independent professionals, service providers, brokers, owners and clients, offering professional website tools, management (CRM, scheduling, finance), communication and promotion. FREEL acts as a technology intermediary and is not a party to the relationships contracted between users.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding their access credentials. The use of third-party identities or false information is prohibited. FREEL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The plans, prices and payment methods are described on the Plans page. Subscriptions are renewed according to the contracted cycle and can be cancelled through the user panel, subject to the conditions in force. Applicable taxes follow Brazilian law.
The user agrees to use the Platform lawfully, not to publish illegal or offensive content or content that violates third-party rights, and to fulfill the obligations undertaken with clients and contractors. The quality and performance of the services contracted between users are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
FREEL's brand, software and visual elements are protected by law. The content published by each user remains their property, with a license granted to FREEL to display it on the Platform as necessary to provide the service.
FREEL makes efforts to keep the Platform available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREEL is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated through the official channels. Continued use after the update implies agreement with the new version.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the district where FREEL is headquartered is elected to settle any disputes.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page.
