FREEL complies with Law No. 13.709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law). This page summarizes the data subject's rights and how to exercise them. For details on data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

Your rights as a data subject

  • Confirmation and access: to know whether we process your data and to access it.
  • Correction: to update incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymization or deletion: of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured format.
  • Deletion of data processed with consent.
  • Information about whom we share your data with.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

How to request

Send your request through the Contact page, identifying yourself and describing your request. We will respond within the legal timeframe. Account holders can correct their own registration data under My Profile and change their password under Security; data copies and account deletion are handled by request, through the channel above.
